Here’s everything you need to know about how we’re handling things to make your experience as smooth and worry-free as possible:


What’s Affected by the Strike

  • In-Transit Shipments:
    If your gift was already shipped with Canada Post, it might experience some delays. But don’t worry—we’re keeping a close eye on everything and will update you if there’s any news about your shipment.

  • P.O. Box Deliveries:
    Unfortunately, no carriers currently offer full coverage for P.O. boxes. If we spot a P.O. box on your order, we’ll contact you right away to find an alternative solution.

  • Rural Deliveries:
    Deliveries to very remote areas might also face some delays, as not all carriers can service these locations. 

  • International Deliveries (outside North America):
    For now, international deliveries outside North America will remain with Canada Post as they are the only reliable solution for international shipping.


Our Solution: UPS to the Rescue!

To keep your gifts moving, we’ve switched to UPS for all new shipments. UPS is a reliable partner, and their fast, consistent service ensures your gifts will arrive on time and with care.

If there are any issues with the address you provide, we will contact you to discuss possible solutions.

  1. Use Physical Addresses:
    Ship your gifts to a physical address instead of a P.O. box so we can send them through UPS.

  2. Plan for Rural Deliveries:
    If your recipient lives in a remote area, let us know—we’ll work with you to find the best option. And as always, the sooner you plan to send your gifts, the better.
