Processing Time

Once you place an order, it takes us between 1-3 days to process and pack your order before it gets shipped. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

Free Shipping within Canada

All orders over $50 will ship for free within Canada (no code necessary).

Local Pickup

If you live in the Saint John area, you are able to select local pickup at checkout. Our pickup partner location is Halifax Seed at 664 Rothesay Avenue. Please do not go and pickup your order until you receive an email indicating it is ready!

Holiday Shipping

Please refer to Canada Post website when planning your holiday shopping. We make no guarantees that parcels will be delivered before Christmas. 

Shipping Delays

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Due to high volumes and staffing shortages because of Covid-19, Canada Post can no longer honor date delivery guarantees. While the majority of our shipments are arriving in good time (especially within the Maritimes), parcels being mailed to Ontario and Western Canada are taking a lot longer than normal. It is possible that you will experience a shipping delay, and while we wish we could help there is nothing we can do about it. International Shipping

For your protection, and for ours, we only offer tracked shipping options to international destinations. Every country has their own guidelines and regulations regarding what is and isn't allowed to be imported. It is always the responsibility of the purchaser to know what can or cannot be shipped internationally. If your parcel is returned to us because it was denied entry into a foreign country, we can not be held responsible.

Customs & Duties

We always mark your gifts as such in order to avoid customs and duties charges to the recipient whenever possible. Duty and customs thresholds are different in every country and are the responsibility of the recipient/sender. We cannot anticipate what they may be, and we will not issue a reimbursement for any that my be incurred.
