Once you place an order, it takes us between 1-3 days to process and pack your order before it gets shipped. Please take this into consideration when ordering. Please Note: upgrading your shipping affects your shipping speeds only - not our processing time.
Selecting a Shipping Method & Address
It is important to complete the checkout process with care, or to contact us right away if there is an error in any order. We process orders exactly as they are ordered. If a box is marked as "LOCAL PICKUP" it is not shipped - even if a shipping address is entered at checkout.

Free Shipping Eligibility Requirements
Offer applies only to orders of merchandise where the value exceeds $75 before tax. Promotional coupons where applicable will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order's Free Shipping eligibility. The purchase of gift cards and electronic gift cards do not count towards the Free Shipping offer. Items shipping to some remote postal codes are not eligible for Free Shipping. Offer applies to deliveries within Canada only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered.
If you live in the Saint John area, you are able to select local pickup at checkout. We are located at 240 Millidge Ave. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, but you are free to come by at anytime if you are in a rush (we can pack it quickly if we haven't already!)

*Please note: Only one email notice that your order is available for pickup will be sent to you. If you do not pickup your order within 8 weeks and make no efforts to get in touch with us, your order will be reshelved, and not eligible for refund or return. We are not unreasonable people, and know that life happens - we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delayed pickups.
All orders are shipped either via UPS Standard Parcel or Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Due to high volumes and staffing shortages because of Covid-19, UPS and Canada Post no longer honor date delivery guarantees, thought they continue to ship in reasonable time frames. While the majority of our shipments are arriving in good time (especially within the Maritimes), parcels being mailed to Ontario and Western Canada are taking a lot longer than normal. It is possible that you will experience a shipping delay, and while we wish we could help there is nothing we can do about the speed at which parcels move during shipment.
For your protection, and for ours, we only offer tracked shipping options to international destinations. Every country has their own guidelines and regulations regarding what is and isn't allowed to be imported. It is always the responsibility of the purchaser to know what can or cannot be shipped internationally. If your parcel is returned to us because it was denied entry into a foreign country, we can not be held responsible.
Customs & Duties
We always mark your gifts as such in order to avoid customs and duties charges to the recipient whenever possible. Duty and customs thresholds are different in every country and are the responsibility of the recipient/sender. We cannot anticipate what they may be, and we will not issue a reimbursement for any that may be incurred.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments
It is always the responsibility of the purchaser to track their parcel and ensure delivery. If a shipment is sent to an incorrect address due to an error in the provided information, the responsibility lies with the purchaser. In such cases, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse, and we will be billed a return shipping fee by the shipping carrier equivalent to the original shipping cost. Upon the return, we will store the package for a period of 30 days. After this period, if the shipment has not been claimed, it will be considered abandoned.
The purchaser has the following options at this point:
Reshipment: At the cost of the returned shipment fee, a processing and re-packaging fee, along with the additional shipping label required for resending, the purchaser can opt to have the parcel resent to the correct address or any other specified location.
Self-collection: For the cost of the returned shipment fee, the purchaser may choose to collect the package in person from our facility.
Return: The purchaser may elect to return the package, minus the returned shipment fee and any original shipping costs (if the customer qualified for standard free shipping).
If the box is not returned to us and has been delivered to an incorrect address, with the recipient retaining it, regrettably, there is nothing within our capacity to rectify the situation. A new gift would have to be purchased and resent at the sole expense of the customer.
Any local pickup orders or returned parcels that have not been claimed will be considered abandoned after 30 days. Abandoned package contents will be restocked, donated or thrown away and will not be able to be claimed after 30 days. Abandoned packages will not be eligible for refund.
Weather Events & Acts of God
When catastrophic weather events delay or cease shipping to an area, we do our absolute best to figure out a solution as quickly as possible. We defer to our shipping carriers, and we closely monitor the situations closely. We do our utmost to ensure we provide service to affected areas, and contact individuals whose orders may have been affected.
Please note - we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels due to major weather events outside our control, but rest assured we are committed to helping our customers find a solution that works for everyone.
