Online Store

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. Because many of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, reasonable variations in colour, size, appearance, packaging or other characteristics may occur.

Prices, product availability and promotions may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing or other website information.

Custom & Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information, spelling, photographs, artwork and other content submitted for custom products is correct and that they have the right or permission to provide that content for reproduction.

Custom and personalized products are final sale except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise subject to rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

Order processing, shipping, local pickup, delivery issues, returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.

Customer Communications

We may use the email address or telephone number you provide to send service-related communications, including order confirmations, pickup notifications, shipping updates and tracking information.

Promotional communications are sent only where permitted by law and may be unsubscribed from using the options provided in those communications.

Allergies & Product Information

Rising Tide Gifts carries products from a variety of independent makers and vendors. Food, bath, body and other products may contain or come into contact with common allergens or ingredients that may cause sensitivities.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate ingredient and allergen information when it is supplied to us, but we cannot guarantee that products are free from particular allergens or cross-contamination.
