At "The Little NB Box Ltd.", we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to enhance your shopping experience. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policies:
Processing Time: Once an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your items before they are shipped. Kindly consider this processing time when placing your order. Please note that upgrading your shipping method does not affect our processing time.
Selecting a Shipping Method & Address: Please ensure accurate completion of the checkout process or contact us immediately in case of any errors in your order. We process orders exactly as they are placed. If a box is designated for "LOCAL PICKUP," it will not be shipped, even if a shipping address is provided during checkout.
Free Standard Shipping within Canada: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on eligible orders by selecting "Free Standard Shipping" at checkout.
Free Shipping Eligibility Requirements: Free shipping is available for merchandise orders exceeding $75 before tax. Promotional coupons may affect order eligibility for free shipping. Exclusions include the purchase of gift cards and electronic gift cards, and shipments to select remote postal codes. Free shipping applies to deliveries within Canada only, subject to additional shipping restrictions based on the items ordered.
Local Pickup: Residents of the Saint John area may select local pickup at checkout. Pickup location: 240 Millidge Ave. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Saturday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please note that unclaimed orders after 8 weeks may be reshelved, and no refunds or returns will be processed.
Holiday Shipping: For holiday shopping, please refer to UPS and Canada Post websites for shipping estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Shipping Delays: Due to high volumes and staffing shortages related to Covid-19, shipping carriers no longer guarantee delivery dates. While most shipments arrive promptly, delays may occur, particularly for deliveries to Ontario and Western Canada.
International Shipping: We offer tracked shipping options for international destinations. It is the purchaser's responsibility to adhere to import regulations. We cannot be held liable for parcels denied entry into foreign countries.
Customs & Duties: Recipients may be subject to customs and duties charges, which are their responsibility. We mark packages as gifts whenever possible to minimize such charges.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments: The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any return fees incurred due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the purchaser.
Abandoned Packages: Unclaimed local pickup orders or returned parcels will be considered abandoned after 30 days. Such packages will be restocked, donated, or discarded, and no refunds will be issued.
Weather Events & Acts of God: We endeavor to address shipping disruptions caused by weather events promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels due to major weather events.
