We work hard to make sure all orders are correct, but sometimes mistakes happen. If we shipped an incorrect or defective item, we will fix it by sending out the correct product at no cost to you.
If an item has been damaged during shipping, please reach out to us via email (email@example.com) within 14 days of delivery. If you provide photographs, we can help you to open a ticket with the shipping carrier and find a solution.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any order placed in-person or online.
Some products may be brought in for an exchange with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept exchanges on food products, damaged goods, etc. Whether a product will be allowed to be exchanged is at our discretion. No exchanges without a receipt.
